

'Walk it Out' Coaching Session
One-to-one coaching support in the great outdoors to support you on your journey.
Service Description
Take time out of your day to focus on YOU in the great outdoors! These sessions are designed to get you outdoors in nature, free your mind and help you think outside the box. It's proven that being outside can not only help with your physical health, but with your mental health too. The session will begin in a location arranged between you and the coach. It will follow the same flow as a 'normal' coaching conversation, but who knows where the freedom of the outdoors might take your mind. Give it a try and see what surprises you come away with. Leave the session feeling focused and refreshed with tangible next steps.
